Delayed Orders?

We expect our order processing time to normal by 10/25. Currently order processing is up to 5 days. For the last couple weeks our order processing times have been much longer than normal due to record increase of sales. Normally we ship within 24 hours, but recently we have been overwhelmed with a record number of orders. We are very, very sorry.

This is not typical of the way JIC does business. Many businesses have a successful year if they increase business by 50% or 100% each year. JIC has been increasing business by 400% or more each month, for the last few month. this is unheard of in the business world. We have purchased additional machinery to make products faster and hired staff to process orders faster and faster. Thank you for your support
